Azerbaijan
Baku in high summer is humid and heavy; the mountains are the answer, not the air conditioning.
Belarus
Snow in December, the lakes warm by July, and museums outside Minsk shut on Sundays.
Georgia
The Military Highway can close for weather between November and March. Harvest is late September.
India
North India between April and June is 45 °C. Kerala is a December-to-February trip.
Kazakhstan
February is a different trip entirely — Shymbulak is thirty minutes from an Almaty dinner.
Kyrgyzstan
The pastures are only occupied while the herders are up there. Outside those weeks the passes are shut.
Russia
White Nights are the last week of June, and theatre seats for them go on sale months earlier.
Singapore
It rains hard and briefly most days, all year. That is not a reason to reschedule anything.
Thailand
April is Songkran and the hottest month. The two coasts have opposite seasons — tell us your dates first.
Türkiye
Balloons are cancelled for wind more often than operators admit, so we build in a spare morning.
United Arab Emirates
Summer here is not a preference, it is a hazard: 45 °C with humidity.
Uzbekistan
July and August routinely pass 40 °C and there is no shade in the Registan.
