Privacy notice

This notice describes what this website does. It is short because the site does very little: it has no advertising, no third-party analytics, no social pixels and no cross-site tracking of any kind.

What we collect

Only what you type into an enquiry form and send us: your name, your email address, and optionally your phone number, destination, dates, party size and notes. Nothing is collected before you press send.

What we do not collect

• No advertising or analytics cookies. The site sets no cookie at all.
• No third-party scripts. Fonts, images, styles and scripts are all served from this domain.
• No profiling, no automated decision-making, no data sold or shared for marketing.

What the browser stores

Two preferences are kept in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers them between visits: the currency you chose and whether you have dismissed a notice. These never leave your device and are not readable by us.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry and to plan and operate the journey you asked about. That is a contractual and legitimate-interest basis; your consent to be contacted is captured explicitly on the form.

Who else sees it

The hotels, guides, drivers and operators required to deliver your journey receive only what they need — usually a name, a date and a headcount. Our email and form-delivery providers process the message in transit. We do not sell or rent your details to anybody, ever.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after 24 months. Booking records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law in the relevant country requires.

Your rights

Write to us and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We will reply within one business day and complete the request within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU you may also complain to your national supervisory authority.
