Prices on this website

Every figure shown is an indicative "from" price: per person, based on two people sharing a room, quoted in Indian rupees, and excluding international flights unless a journey states otherwise. It is a starting point for a conversation, not an offer capable of acceptance.

Currencies other than the rupee are converted from a rate table published with the date it was taken. Those figures are approximations for orientation only; every invoice is issued in the currency agreed in writing.

What forms the agreement

Nothing on this website forms a contract. The agreement is the written itinerary and quotation we send you, which names the hotels, states the inclusions and exclusions, and sets out the payment schedule and cancellation terms. If a detail is not in that document, it is not agreed.

Changes we may have to make

Weather, road closures, flight schedules and venue availability change. Where we have to substitute, we substitute to the same standard or better at our cost, and we tell you before you travel wherever it is possible to do so.

What we do not do

• We cannot issue a visa. We prepare the supporting file; the decision is the consulate’s.
• We do not sell travel insurance. We will tell you what cover a journey needs and you buy it yourself.
• We do not arrange anything unlawful in the country you are travelling in.

Photography on this site

Photographs are licensed works by third parties, credited individually on the image credits page. They illustrate the destination; they are not photographs of the specific hotel, vehicle or guide included in a given journey unless the caption says so.

Governing terms

The full booking conditions, including the governing law and the dispute process, are issued with the written quotation. They are being finalised with counsel and will be linked here before this site goes live.
